With a history dating back to 1959, the student experience at Colchester Institute combines the demands and rigour of undergraduate education, with the support and friendliness of a community college; a key benefit of studying at the College is the level of close tutorial support that students receive. Colchester is a great town in which to live and study, offering a unique blend of ancient and modern. It also boasts excellent transport links with trains to London taking less than one hour.
The college offers a range of study programmes from BTEC national diplomas, undergraduate honours degrees, and postgraduate certificates, diplomas and masters degrees.
